TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics with an accent on account planning and collaboration with Account Executives. Focus on mastering prospecting tools, cold calling, and strategic territory management to grow company revenue.

Location: This is a hybrid position, open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo, Denver, CO. Candidates for this role will work on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office; Monday, Friday work from home). hirify.global is not able to consider candidates who require a work visa now or in the future.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 (base salary + on target commissions) with equity in the form of stock options.

What you will do

  • Generate new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics.
  • Build account plans in collaboration with Account Executives to understand target accounts.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to execute cross-functional sales plays and events.
  • Help hirify.global gain entry into major insurance companies worldwide.
  • Become proficient with prospecting tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Loom, and Sales Navigator.
  • Perform cold calling as a significant part of the role.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of combined sales and sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • Deep experience using Salesforce and other common Sales Productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator).
  • Well-versed in sales best practices for cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Strategic thinking for account planning and territory management, along with research analytics skills.
  • Must be based within 25 miles of the hirify.global office in RiNo, Denver, CO.
  • Applicants must have current work authorization and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
