What you will do

  • Qualify and develop leads, documenting information into winning sales plans.
  • Prospect new business by identifying and prioritizing accounts most likely to generate revenue.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach and engage with key decision makers.
  • Discover prospective customer pain points and present hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Consistently achieve qualified meeting/opportunity creation quotas and productivity goals.
  • Manage an organized territory plan and maintain Salesforce.com records with precision.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of sales or service experience, preferably in a Sales Development role.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, and customers.
  • Measurable track record of succeeding in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Very good written and spoken French and English.
  • Creativity, persistence, and inquisitiveness about data, analytics, and new technology.
  • Ability to use modern sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the world of enterprise SaaS and analytics.
  • Prior sales training and experience with Salesforce.com.
