What you will do

• Design hypothesis-driven experiences to improve activation funnels.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand user habits and needs.
• Drive discovery work to uncover insights on user behavior.
• Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to refine the hirify.global experience.
• Communicate design approach with storytelling to align the cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies.
• 2+ years of experience defining and designing growth experiments.
• A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value.
• Expert design storytelling skills to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers.
• Value being an active member of a design team, collaborating with designers, providing feedback, sharing expertise, and mentoring.
