Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid, On-Site in the Austin, TX office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. hirify.global does not sponsor work visas or relocation.

Salary: USD $100,000 - $130,000 plus commissions

What you will do

  • Manage weekly and monthly forecast submission for the North America High Velocity team, driving accuracy and predictability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deal escalations, ensuring effective resolution and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the team's adherence to all sales processes, CRM hygiene, and company policies.
  • Provide daily, hands-on coaching and mentoring to Account Executives on deal structuring, negotiation, and pipeline management.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor individual AE performance against quotas, and conduct regular performance reviews and career development.
  • Lead the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and successful onboarding of top-tier sales talent.
  • Foster a highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with 5+ years in a sales leadership/management capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, including ownership of a regional forecast.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills, with a focus on building and retaining high-performing talent.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work from the Austin, TX office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
