Location: Remote within the Nordics region (Sweden, Denmark, or Norway preferred for language)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Nordics territory focusing on Data Governance, Data Intelligence, and Data Management solutions.
  • Drive new business growth and maximize revenue and margin KPIs with existing clients.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent hirify.global at industry events and workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in Data Governance, Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, or Data Management.
  • Proven experience selling to large enterprises in the Data Governance, Data Intelligence, or MDM space.
  • Commercial or technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Nordics region.
