What you will do

• Architect and own integration projects connecting hirify.global to client ERPs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Define integration standards and ensure new implementations consistently meet them.
• Standardize, document, and continuously improve integration workflows.
• Create playbooks, templates, and self-service resources for partners and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ERP integration, ERP development, or technical ERP consulting.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes & systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proAlpha, abas, or others).
• Experience in software development including cloud infrastructure, strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern dev workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and SaaS integrations.
• Ability to work directly with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communication skills in German and English.
