What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive checks of individual and business clients using internal and open sources.
- Verify new client accounts and process applications in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct transaction monitoring, investigating irregularities, unusual patterns, or activities indicative of fraud or money laundering.
- Gather additional information for successful investigations and resolve onboarding issues efficiently.
- Identify and assess potential risks and maintain internal registrars with accuracy and relevance.
- Manage a high volume of requests while meeting quality and timeliness targets and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in a processing-based role (e.g., payments, invoices, visa documentation, or other high-volume work).
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to take ownership and solve problems end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services onboarding, KYC, or compliance operations.
- Understanding of PEPs, sanctions, and verification processes.
