What you will do

• Lead and oversee daily AML operational activities including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention.
• Handle complex, high-risk, and non-standard AML cases applying a risk-based approach.
• Develop, document, and implement new AML processes and procedures across first-line teams.
• Utilize crypto compliance tools to assess customers, transactions, and risk exposure.
• Act as an escalation point for operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliant onboarding and monitoring processes in cooperation with the Head of the department.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AML experience within the fintech or crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience with crypto compliance and blockchain analytics tools.
• Proven ability to design, document, and implement AML operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex and ambiguous cases.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
