Location: Remote-first with required in-person participation throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites.

What you will do

• Investigate AML and fraud-related blockchain transaction alerts, drafting and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR).
• Conduct investigative reviews and analysis in support of internal compliance policies, including referrals from law enforcement.
• Analyze transaction activity and KYC data while performing detailed due diligence research.
• Document investigative findings in comprehensive written narratives.
• Maintain detailed records to demonstrate adherence to regulatory standards and internal procedures.
• Stay current with evolving industry standards in KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC to apply them to case investigations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English.
• Experience working with standard office software (Google Suite, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving regulatory needs.
• Readiness to support operations in a 24/7 environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
• Proficiency in blockchain analysis tools like Chainalysis.
• Experience in project management, data analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Hummingbird, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
