Salary: €4,500 – €6,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead and oversee daily AML operational activities, including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention.
• Resolve complex, high-risk, and non-standard AML cases using a risk-based approach.
• Develop, document, and implement new AML processes and procedures across first-line teams.
• Utilize crypto compliance and blockchain analytics tools to assess risk exposure.
• Act as an escalation point for operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process alignment and implementation across multiple teams and jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AML experience in a fast-growing fintech or crypto company.
• Hands-on experience with crypto compliance and blockchain analytics tools.
• Proven ability to design, write, and implement AML operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to resolve complex, ambiguous cases.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
