What you will do

• Monitor the status of our systems and business parameters.
• Respond to events to maintain the quality of the company’s services.
• Analyze situations and perform necessary steps to resolve issues using existing algorithms.
• Collaborate with other departments (account managers, technical specialists, developers) to find solutions.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning: 8:00 – 17:00, evening: 14:00 – 23:00, and night: 23:00 – 8:00).
• Stress tolerance.
• Ability to process a lot of material and desire to learn new things.
