What you will do

• Manage outbound email communications to drive web traffic, boost engagement, and drive registrations.
• Create email assets and set up campaigns using marketing automation tools like Eloqua.
• Maintain the communications calendar and contribute to production tracking reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective audience targeting with optimal messaging.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on campaign assets.
• Assist with email KPI analysis to determine effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in Email Marketing.
• Great communication skills and comfort working with global stakeholders.
• Basic HTML skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional client service ethic.
• Proven ability to manage tasks from beginning to end with strict adherence to deadlines.
