TL;DR
Technical Support Specialist, Level 1 (IoT/Mobile Management): Providing post-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management software products with an accent on investigating and resolving customer issues collaboratively. Focus on diagnosing application queries, troubleshooting, and improving customer experience.
Location: Remote from Poland or Romania

What you will do
- Provide telephone and email based post-sales technical support for software products.
- Investigate customer issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Proactively update customers on outstanding queries and progress.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience.
- Diagnose and solve application queries related to MDM solutions.
- Reproduce customer environments using various devices for troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
- Solid understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022).
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in fluent German and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper-V).
