Location: Remote from Poland or Romania

What you will do

  • Provide post-sales technical support via phone and email for software products.
  • Investigate customer issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve resolution.
  • Proactively update customers on the progress of outstanding queries.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner, improving customer experience.
  • Diagnose and solve application queries and answer customer questions regarding MDM solutions.
  • Reproduce customer environments using various devices to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Solid understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting).
  • Solid understanding of modern Windows client (e.g., Windows 11) and server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022).
  • Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong team player attitude.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload, consistently working within service standards.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with database management systems (such as SQL Server).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (like VMware or Hyper-V).
