What you will do

• Provide technical support for 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Manage the full support case lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Perform knowledge transfer and contribute to CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Conduct distributor training and provide input to improve customer support.

Requirements

• Full operational command of English and Italian (both verbal and written).
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid work format).
• Previous experience in a technical support function.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and general networking concepts (client-server installations).
• Knowledge of database administration (Oracle and MSSQL).

Nice to have

• Background as a Dental Technician.
• User-level knowledge of CRM systems.
• Relevant IT education.
