What you will do
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware and software applications.
- Troubleshoot database setup, user management, rules, reporting, and network communications.
- Coordinate the return and exchange process for devices and accessories.
- Develop and deliver product service training directly to resellers and customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate severe technical concerns to management.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer data.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia for hybrid work.
- Fluency in both Italian and English for communicating technical concepts.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
- Proficiency with Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
