What you will do

  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware and software applications.
  • Troubleshoot database setup, user management, rules, reporting, and network communications.
  • Coordinate the return and exchange process for hirify.global devices and accessories.
  • Develop and deliver product service training directly to resellers and customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate severe technical concerns to management.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer data.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia for hybrid work.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English for communicating technical concepts.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
