What you will do
- Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
- Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Set up hirify.global features based on client workflows.
- Integrate hirify.global with other platforms and migrate data from existing tools.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager, and curious to learn new things.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
