TL;DR

Demand Generation Manager (Medtech): Accelerating the adoption of AI at the heart of marketing programs, deepening AI-driven workflows and scaling their impact. Focus on designing and executing programs that generate high-quality pipeline and fuel six-figure deals.

Location: Based in Boston, Massachusetts. Hybrid schedule.

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + equity options

What you will do

  • Design and launch integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Plan, produce, and deliver webinars end-to-end, shaping content, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless promotion and execution.
  • Manage and optimize paid media and trade publication partnerships.
  • Build and refine website conversion paths, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows.
  • Analyze and report on funnel health and campaign performance.
  • Experiment and innovate with AI-driven approaches to campaign execution, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience operating B2B demand generation programs, including webinars, email marketing, paid media, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), plus working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with a track record of driving initiatives independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, translating them into clear, compelling messaging for target audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and collaborating with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Based in Boston.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, or media partners to deliver campaigns at scale.
  • Experience designing and executing ABM programs in close alignment with Sales, including account targeting, tailored offers, and coordinated outreach.
