What you will do
- Own ABM strategy and operating model to drive engagement and revenue across strategic accounts.
- Define account tiering, coverage, and personalized engagement frameworks through research and collaboration.
- Design and execute highly personalized plans for top-tier accounts including custom content and executive plays.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and events teams to integrate ABM strategy.
- Continuously optimize creative, messaging, and channel mix based on performance data.
- Build dashboards and reporting cadences to track account engagement and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY, USA
- 10–12+ years in B2B marketing with 4–6+ years in ABM strategy and program leadership, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success designing ABM programs supporting $100K+ ACV enterprise sales.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and connecting programs to pipeline outcomes.
- Proficiency with ABM and marketing operations tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
