What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and identify value opportunities for hirify.global.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers, providing guidance on API lifecycle best practices.
• Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept, engaging demos, and workshops to highlight hirify.global's strengths.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support customer goals.
• Maintain deep understanding of hirify.global’s capabilities, the API ecosystem, and industry trends, including AI in API design.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and create technical content such as blogs and tutorials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs and API lifecycle management tools (e.g., hirify.global, Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French are required for customer-facing presentations.
