Enterprise Solutions Engineer

TL;DR

Location: This role is based in San Francisco, California, United States. Employees are expected to come into the office 3 days a week for roles based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Hyderabad, London, and New York. The role is remote work friendly, with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary: $200,000–$245,000

What you will do

• Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting strategic and enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof of value workshops for API lifecycle adoption.
• Handle hirify.global technical questions or objections and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Understand customer workflows and facilitate the adoption of API-first development best practices.
• Share customer feedback with appropriate teams and provide general customer advocacy.
• Create proof of concept integrations, tooling, and workflows as needed to support prospective customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of API and Data platforms experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, modern development methodologies, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
