What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing.
  • Develop a consultative relationship with your prospects that results in not only a successful sale but the foundation for a long term relationship with hirify.global.
  • Use your network of contacts to drive new business
  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Own the hirify.global growth plan and drive hirify.global’s position aligning with our Go-to-Market vision

Requirements

  • 5 to 15 years in a new logo, enterprise sales role
  • Direct experience in selling Financial Crime (Fraud and AML) solutions to the banking, payments, merchant acquiring or related industries
  • Adept with financial and operational analysis and business case development
  • Agile self-starter who is able to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Insatiably curious with a constant appetite to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences and industry experts
  • Exemplary sales skills and competencies: presentation, consultative selling, negotiations, planning, accurate forecasting
