What you will do

• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed development team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Coordinate daily work of developers and DevOps engineers, managing multiple concurrent project streams.
• Own technical delivery from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards for a SaaS platform.
• Map technical dependencies, risks, and integration points, proactively mitigating delivery risks.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding design decisions and supporting architectural direction in C#/.NET and Azure.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate requirements into technical specifications and provide updates to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Proven track record leading distributed development teams across multiple geographies or time zones.
• Strong project coordination abilities, capable of managing numerous streams, dependencies, and milestones simultaneously.
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud services, including hands-on experience implementing scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern development patterns.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and cloud deployment automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-throughput or data movement systems (ETL, data pipelines, cloud resource synchronization).
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Background in Agile/Scrum leadership.
