What you will do
- Define and execute company-wide technology strategy aligned with business and product goals
- Lead AI vision, experimentation, and implementation to position the company as an early AI adopter
- Build and evolve a high-performing engineering organization with leadership development and org design
- Establish modern delivery models and clear ownership for predictable, high-quality execution
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across legacy and modern systems
- Drive technical modernization, reduce technical debt, and own cloud infrastructure and security
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills required
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading teams of 15+ engineers
- Experience managing engineering managers and building leadership layers
- Proven track record in startup and scale-up environments with P&L accountability
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems
- Experience with frontier AI development tools and AI-driven product transformation
- Strong background in security, data protection, compliance, and operational stability
- Ability to modernize legacy systems safely while reducing technical debt
