Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, New York, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or London (3 days a week in office required)

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery of professional services engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Implement and configure hirify.global within complex enterprise environments, including integrations with CI/CD pipelines and authentication systems.
• Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert in API design, mocking, testing, governance, and security.
• Design scalable API strategies using hirify.global and associated integrations within the customer's development toolchain.
• Guide customers through technical configuration, developer onboarding, and platform rollout strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to shape solutions and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Professional Services Engineer, or API Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with API design (OpenAPI/Swagger), REST/GraphQL, and API management platforms.
• Proficiency with hirify.global’s platform across design, testing, monitoring, environments, workspaces, and collections.
• Solid development background (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Java) with experience in CI/CD, scripting, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of API governance, versioning strategies, and security models (OAuth, JWT, API keys) in enterprise environments.
• Excellent project management discipline, including ability to scope work, manage timelines, and communicate clearly.
• Strong customer-facing communication and facilitation skills, including experience running technical workshops.
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 or large enterprise customers across industries.
