Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Leading project teams and overseeing product development from concept to delivery with an accent on translating business needs into technical requirements and managing project backlogs. Focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while building strong partnerships with clients.

Location: Work from the office in Lisbon. If you are not in Lisbon, relocation can be arranged after the 3-month probation period to Lisbon, Portugal. A relocation package is provided.

What you will do

• Lead project teams and oversee product development from concept to delivery.
• Communicate the product vision and direction to both the development team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Manage the project backlog, prioritize tasks, and coordinate iteration planning.
• Create and maintain the project’s technical roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and technical capacity.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience as a Project Manager.
• Previous experience working with foreign clients.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of SDLC.
• Ability to understand the client’s business needs and transform them into technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with roadmap planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Advanced / Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Previous Business Analyst experience.
• Background in product management or willingness to take on product responsibilities.
