What you will do

• Drive product lifecycle from ideation through execution and scaling.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8-10+ product managers.
• Translate complex accounting and financial workflows into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Ensure product accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing business goals with technical constraints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading and scaling product teams and processes during high-growth startup phases (Series A → B and beyond).
• Comfort operating across strategy and hands-on execution.
• Clear communication skills with a strong judgment and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with accounting teams or audit.
• Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software.
