Technical Program Manager (Avionics)

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 Annually

What you will do

• Review customer product requests and formulate conceptual design changes.
• Analyze project proposals for feasibility, cost, and production time.
• Perform system/software integration activities and develop testing applications.
• Support software/system development for new and legacy product lines.
• Provide expert knowledge in avionics product architecture, design, and function.
• Lead technical solution finalization for customers, applying FAA certification process knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in aircraft and avionics systems.
• Demonstrated experience presenting information to managers, clients, and customers.
• Knowledge of design and development processes.
• Experience utilizing MS Suite products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally.
