Location: Remote from anywhere

Salary: R$335K - R$420K

hirify.global is a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, offering a platform that uses device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI to stop fraud before it happens.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles in LATAM (Backend, QA, Integrations, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategy and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
  • Manage LATAM employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle onboarding of new employees and orient them to payroll/benefits, culture, and tools.
  • Serve as the primary People Ops partner for LATAM employees, supporting employee relations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies in Brazil.
  • Prior experience in a generalist recruiting and people ops role.
  • Prior experience with startups/scaleups.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency is a must-have requirement (written and verbal).
  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Deel.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
