What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Drive successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead daily stand-ups, review Kanban boards, and discuss status updates and roadblocks.
• Oversee review workflows with high attention to detail, tracking required approvals, and ensuring all changes are accurately implemented.
• Act as a strategic liaison between creative, legal, and compliance teams to identify and apply regulatory requirements, ensuring all marketing assets meet industry and corporate standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and understanding of Kanban project phases.
• Experience with Highly Regulated Marketing, serving as the primary point of contact for compliance throughout the marketing project lifecycle.
• Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of financial, technical, and customer domains.
• Familiarity with content production workflows, marketing content development, and operational processes.
• Experience supporting teams with backlog refinement and ensuring smooth project transitions.
