What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Drive successful execution by proactively identifying and resolving project risks and bottlenecks.
• Manage daily stand-ups and Kanban boards, discussing status updates and roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance throughout the marketing project lifecycle, acting as a strategic liaison between creative, legal, and compliance teams.
• Oversee review workflows, track required approvals, and ensure accurate implementation of changes.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and understanding of Kanban project phases.
• Experience with Highly Regulated Marketing, including financial services, pharma, or insurance industries.
• Familiarity with content production workflows and marketing content development.
• Experience supporting teams with backlog refinement and smooth project transitions.
