Project Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $670,400 - $847,850 annual base

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for a portfolio of projects
• Establish trusting relationships with customers and partners
• Monitor project metrics, hours, budgets, and communicate consumption
• Manage changes, risks, and issues via logs shared with clients and teams
• Develop project timelines with clear tasks and owners
• Conduct oversight meetings and approve timesheets and invoices
• Apply hirify.global implementation methodology and build functional knowledge of the software

Requirements

• English and Spanish written and verbal skills are required
• 3–5+ years project management experience in SaaS, treasury systems, or professional services
• Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance or equivalent
• Critical thinking and strong verbal, written, presentation skills

Nice to have

• PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification
• Knowledge in cash management, payments, FX, ERP integrations, risk management
• Experience implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or financial systems
