What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, driving technical excellence and code quality.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage releases.
• Own end-to-end technical design for Python Fullstack applications, optimizing database structures and frontend performance.
• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, collaborating with cross-platform teams.
• Manage agile development processes to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in Python full-stack development (FastAPI, React.js, SQL, Typescript).
• Track record of building and scaling teams, processes, and product impact.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, big data, or analytics-driven applications.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and edge computing.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data processing.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech platforms.
