What you will do

• Serve as Technical Lead and key contributor on a Product Engineering team within the unified claims platform.
• Build and maintain scalable backend REST servers for machine learning and BI data, feeding a React frontend.
• Own the entire lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications.
• Work on greenfield projects with high levels of ownership.
• Collaborate directly with product, data science, UX designers, and end users.
• Shape the future of hirify.global’s products, including technology choices and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with the full feature development life cycle (scoping, database design, UX, implementation, maintenance).
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Expert in Python development, with strong experience in NodeJS and Typescript.
• Strong Relational Database design skills.
• Experience designing, building, and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios.
• Ability to write technical design documents, perform code reviews, and maintain state-of-the-art engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dagster and/or Airflow.
