What you will do

• Organize a backlog of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers needed for various Enterprise Applications.
• Design and develop MCP servers for both SaaS and on-premise applications.
• Ensure secure and efficient context retrieval within MCP server implementations.
• Provide feedback and feature enhancements to improve MCP server development patterns.
• Partner with the internal MCP server rollout team for co-development and secure enablement.
• Work cross-functionally with system owners to adapt existing processes for MCP development outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with design, development, and streamlining of Enterprise processes using automation and technical enablement.
• Specific experience in developing MCP servers for SaaS and on-prem applications.
• Advanced programming experience with Typescript, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Microservice, REST, open API specs, and Integration design.
• Strong knowledge and experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef) and Infrastructure as Code methods.
• Strong knowledge and experience with build-deploy pipeline development (e.g., GitLab, GitHub) and best practices.
• Experience and expertise in Agile methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
