Salary: $110,900–$175,500 USD (up to $210,700 USD in select US locations)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and support libraries and third-party integrations for the hirify.global Stack, using Python and Node.js.
• Collaborate with Product Team and other internal stakeholders to plan and deliver work.
• Participate in the design and development of team-wide projects.
• Support users through various channels like GitHub issues and forums.
• Collaborate with external project maintainers (e.g., AI frameworks) for integration.
• Represent hirify.global within relevant communities and ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building, releasing, supporting, and maintaining software products for a broad user base.
• Minimum 4 years of recent software engineering experience in Python and/or Node.js.
• Knowledge of developing software within an open-source environment.
• Understanding of core AI principles and LLMs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to work as part of a remote, globally distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases.
• Connection to tech communities through open-source projects, blogs, or talks.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
• Knowledge of client-server networking, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
