TL;DR

Deployment Architect (AI): Driving the integration and deployment of advanced AI agents within client healthcare systems, acting as the technical backbone for client relationships. Focus on translating technical requirements into AI-powered conversations and ensuring seamless deployment across various healthcare platforms.

Location: Must be based in Ohio and able to travel to a client site in Northeast Ohio weekly. Periodic travel to HippocraticAI offices (e.g., Palo Alto).

What you will do

• Partner with customers to analyze and document their operational workflows, translating these into integration specifications and AI conversation designs.
• Define, document, and drive the technical architecture required to connect our solutions with client EHR systems, CRMs, and population health tools.
• Design, customize, and deploy modular, scalable AI agents that align with the customer’s unique needs and use cases.
• Lead and manage the technical post-sale implementation process, acting as the primary technical contact and ensuring a seamless deployment.
• Work closely with engineering, product, machine learning, clinical, and sales teams to develop solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
• Develop reusable tooling, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks to improve implementation scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) or payers / digital health companies.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role.

Nice to have

• Comfortable reading and debugging Python.
• Start-up experience preferred.
