What you will do

• Demonstrate and explain hirify.global’s data, quality, and algorithms to customers.
• Articulate how data products support business cases and functionality.
• Collaborate with customers to define business requirements for data and algorithms.
• Leverage healthcare data expertise to develop and deliver customer data solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on data-related questions for customers and teams.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and data teams to address challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years as healthcare data SME in consultant, data analyst, sales engineer, or similar customer-facing role
• Deep understanding of medical claims and healthcare data
• Passion for using data and algorithms for MedTech commercial effectiveness
• Excellent ability to craft and deliver tailored data-centric presentations
• Executive-level communication skills for complex data and software concepts
• Experience using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Eligible work permit in the USA required

Nice to have

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS, healthcare data, or consulting projects
• Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Python, and BI tools
• SQL proficiency for healthcare datasets
