What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models across domains like customer behavior and operational efficiency.
• Apply machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
• Drive A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and causal inference to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to build scalable, data-powered applications.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of reusable assets and tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in data science, statistics, and applied machine learning.
• Deep proficiency in Python or R, including libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience building and deploying Data Mesh architectures.
• Strong expertise in AWS tools, infrastructure, and cloud AI/data tools.
• Demonstrated success deploying models into production using APIs, pipelines, or ML frameworks.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Palantir.
• AWS cloud certifications or ML specialization credentials.
