Location: Hybrid in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, or Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. New hires will attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month, and teams gather quarterly. This position requires access to export-controlled information, so applicants must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Salary: $165,000–$242,000

Requirements

• Top 1% written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with C-level executives.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with large, event-driven datasets.
• Strong working familiarity with analytical and statistical techniques for general analysis, time series modeling, forecasting, and identifying causal relationships.
• Familiarity with common analytics concepts (funnels, retention, cohort analysis, experiment design).
• History of writing easy-to-follow code and effective documentation for your projects.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting.
• Expert in stakeholder management, connecting with users to solve issues and understand tool usage patterns.
• Curiosity about machine learning; theoretical or practical knowledge of ML workflows and terminology.
• Experience with dbt, Hex, and experimentation platforms.
