What you will do

• Serve as Acting CISO for multiple client-partner organizations, advising at both strategic and operational levels.
• Lead the design and execution of policies, processes, and technologies to safeguard data, systems, and networks.
• Partner with client-facing teams in strategic and hands-on delivery role, ensuring effective security instrumentation and practices.
• Continuously monitor, detect, and respond to threats and incidents, driving rapid recovery and resilience.

Requirements

• Solid, hands-on IT security experience, ideally within a technology consultancy or software development environment.
• Proven track record creating and running IT security policies, programs, and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of secure software development, encryption, firewalls, identity & access management, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing.
• Ability to conduct product-specific risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend practical security measures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar).
