What you will do

• Develop and own an integrated field marketing strategy for the UKI region.
• Optimize event programme strategy based on target audiences and performance analysis.
• Meet or exceed defined targets for field programmes and sponsorships to drive engagement and generate leads.
• Develop scalable and efficient high-impact field marketing programmes and sales enablement standards.
• Build solid partnerships with critical field stakeholders.
• Hire, coach, and facilitate the growth and development of team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing events and regional marketing in UKI.
• At least 5 years running field marketing programmes and 3 years managing people.
• Proven track record of building/managing high-performing teams and pipeline building.
• Experience holding/managing large event budgets.
• Strong background in data management/analytics, metrics, and reporting.
• Ability to use CRM (SFDC) and marketing automation systems (Marketo).
• English: B2 required.
