What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel revenue marketing programs including inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales-aligned plays.
- Collaborate daily with US-based Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to optimize targeting, messaging, and enablement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and bookings.
- Use data insights to improve campaigns and support business reviews.
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth aligned with aggressive year-over-year growth targets.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Brazil with ability to collaborate with US teams.
- 5+ years experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management for SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience supporting high-growth businesses with 50%+ year-over-year growth.
- Hands-on experience targeting US-based audiences and understanding US B2B buying cycles.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, reporting and ABM tools.
- English: Professional proficiency required for collaboration with US partners.
