What you will do
- Partner with PMs and designers to shape, design, and execute A/B tests and product rollouts.
- Conduct UX/UI audits and identify quick wins for design-led improvements.
- Drive strategic design initiatives to elevate user experience and improve key growth metrics.
- Expand the design system with components tailored to growth use cases.
- Establish cross-functional UX collaboration strategies with product, engineering, and research.
- Contribute to a culture of feedback, mentorship, and design knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
- B2C growth design experience preferred, with a strong grasp of experimentation and hypothesis-driven iteration.
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, a bias for action, and measurable business impact.
- Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with freemium strategies is a plus.
