TL;DR

Senior Growth Product Designer (Med): Improving the sign-up and purchase experience for hirify.global Med on the Growth Optimization team with an accent on high-impact growth experiments and UX improvements. Focus on scalable design practices that directly support acquisition and retention.

Location: Hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in one of our offices: New York, NY, USA or Princeton, NJ, USA

Salary: $153,000-$207,000

What you will do

  • Partner with PMs and designers to shape, design, and execute A/B tests and product rollouts.
  • Conduct UX/UI audits and identify quick wins for design-led improvements.
  • Drive strategic design initiatives to elevate user experience and improve key growth metrics.
  • Expand the design system with components tailored to growth use cases.
  • Establish cross-functional UX collaboration strategies with product, engineering, and research.
  • Contribute to a culture of feedback, mentorship, and design knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
  • B2C growth design experience preferred, with a strong grasp of experimentation and hypothesis-driven iteration.
  • A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, a bias for action, and measurable business impact.
  • Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with freemium strategies is a plus.
