What you will do

  • Manage hirify.global accounts, including regular one-on-ones with clients.
  • Facilitate innovation and smooth operations for US-based startups.
  • Manage sales and hiring pipeline, addressing developer and client feedback with HR.
  • Manage and grow a team of bright and talented people.
  • Evolve the account management process for the entire company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time Sales experience.
  • 3+ years of full-time Account Management experience.
  • 2+ years of Agency experience (Staff Augmentation / Staffing).
  • Advanced written and verbal English level.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone.
  • Expert negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team management experience including hiring, coaching, effective delegation, and ownership empowerment.
  • Expert-level ability to create and systematize robust and repeatable business processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a software development firm or managing US-based startup accounts.
  • Growth stage startup experience.
  • Deep understanding of software development cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Industry publications and/or presentations.
