What you will do
- Manage hirify.global accounts, including regular one-on-ones with clients.
- Facilitate innovation and smooth operations for US-based startups.
- Manage sales and hiring pipeline, addressing developer and client feedback with HR.
- Manage and grow a team of bright and talented people.
- Evolve the account management process for the entire company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time Sales experience.
- 3+ years of full-time Account Management experience.
- 2+ years of Agency experience (Staff Augmentation / Staffing).
- Advanced written and verbal English level.
- Ability to work in the US time zone.
- Expert negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Team management experience including hiring, coaching, effective delegation, and ownership empowerment.
- Expert-level ability to create and systematize robust and repeatable business processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a software development firm or managing US-based startup accounts.
- Growth stage startup experience.
- Deep understanding of software development cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Industry publications and/or presentations.
