What you will do

  • Manage multiple client accounts and act as main contact between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure support processes meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Monitor service quality and team performance using QA tools
  • Analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and identify improvement areas
  • Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth of team members

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1–C2)
  • 2+ years experience as Account Manager in customer support, BPO, SaaS, or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Aircall
  • Familiarity with task and time-management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday
  • Strategic mindset with ability to manage complex client relationships

Nice to have

  • Experience with international clients and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of crypto-related products and cryptocurrency ecosystems
  • Business development or account expansion experience
