What you will do
- Manage multiple client accounts and act as main contact between clients and internal teams
- Ensure support processes meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
- Monitor service quality and team performance using QA tools
- Analyze key metrics, prepare reports, and identify improvement areas
- Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth of team members
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1–C2)
- 2+ years experience as Account Manager in customer support, BPO, SaaS, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with CRM and support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Aircall
- Familiarity with task and time-management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday
- Strategic mindset with ability to manage complex client relationships
Nice to have
- Experience with international clients and distributed teams
- Knowledge of crypto-related products and cryptocurrency ecosystems
- Business development or account expansion experience
