Location: Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets. Home-office friendly.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the local PM team, assigning projects and balancing workloads.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of primarily local brand partnership projects, both media and event-led.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategists, Branded Content, and hirify.global Originals teams to develop creative and commercially viable campaign concepts.
• Lead production of events and shoots, managing vendors, and planning & overseeing operations at the event itself.
• Deliver insightful campaign reporting, translating data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ Years in a relevant role, ideally media owner/agency or creative/digital agency.
• Experience both conceptualizing and delivering complex, cross-media campaigns.
• Extensive client-facing experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience in planning/producing consumer-facing events.
• Fluency in English.
