Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement a metrics-driven comprehensive GTM enablement strategy aligned with global business goals.
• Create GTM enablement content, including playbooks, training, and onboarding materials.
• Deliver GTM training programs to enhance product knowledge, skills, and performance across the GTM organization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Implement and manage GTM enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Design and implement career progression plans for key roles within the GTM team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, GTM operations, or a related function in B2B technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software GTM processes and methodologies.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with CRM systems and GTM enablement technologies including Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Expertise with Artificial Intelligence and ability to integrate it into the GTM organization.
• Analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
