TL;DR

Location: London, UK or New York, USA. Remote Hybrid Working

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a metrics-driven comprehensive GTM enablement strategy aligned with global business OKRs and GTM goals.
  • Create GTM enablement content, including playbooks, content repositories, product training, and onboarding materials.
  • Deliver GTM training programs to enhance product knowledge, GTM skills, and performance across the GTM organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, GTM (including Pre-Sales), and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of software solutions.
  • Implement and manage GTM enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve GTM productivity.
  • Analyze GTM performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, GTM operations, or a related function in B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software GTM processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems and GTM enablement technologies including Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Expertise with Artificial Intelligence and ability to integrate it into the GTM organization through messaging, training, planning, and analysis.
