What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies positioning Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) as a strategic entry point.
• Create content strategies to differentiate hirify.global DEM capabilities against competitors.
• Optimize product-led growth motion to improve trial-to-conversion rates.
• Design and implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, including in-app messaging and user onboarding.
• Drive go-to-market for enterprise DEM packages and messaging for customer acquisition.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage data to identify conversion opportunities and optimize self-service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with a focus on SaaS or monitoring/observability solutions.
• Experience with product-led growth strategies and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of digital experience monitoring, synthetic monitoring, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of demand generation and campaign execution.
• Experience marketing to technical buyers and IT operations audiences.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape in observability and monitoring markets.
