Salary: OTE $200K – $300K Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, ensuring robust pipeline management.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to engage healthcare organizations.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various tools and methods and manage the sales funnel through CRM platforms.
  • Track and communicate market trends and competitor insights.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of solutions and confidently present and communicate the technology benefits.
  • Lead the bid and tender processes, including needs qualification, vendor selection, quoting, and closure to meet ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise healthcare organizations, with a preference for a background in healthcare compliance or EHS/OHS.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM and SaaS sales tools and strong time management skills.
  • Foundational understanding of healthcare systems, IT environments, and the technical aspects of compliance and health safety solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings, presentations, and key industry events (as needed).

Nice to have

  • Specific experience selling solutions that address healthcare compliance, licensure, or health and safety needs.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving 3x quota coverage and exceeding performance targets.
