What you will do

• Administer and maintain all SQL databases ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Support and maintain custom-developed applications including Java-based systems.
• Install, configure, and program system software supporting organizational information systems.
• Perform project management tasks related to the system development lifecycle.
• Write and maintain programs to retrieve, store, and update data, and develop testing procedures to ensure system quality.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to programmers and technical staff.

Requirements

• Must be located in Texas, United States (remote within Texas only).
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong SQL administration and programming experience.
• Experience supporting or developing applications; Java experience is a plus.
