What you will do
- Provide Level 2 technical support for banking applications.
- Manage incidents and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems within Java applications and microservices architectures.
- Work with APIs, integrations, and Kafka event-driven systems.
- Analyze functional contexts to resolve complex application issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in Level 2 Support.
- Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a focus on payments.
- Technical knowledge of Java, APIs, Microservices, and Kafka.
- Strong orientation toward communication and incident management.
